Previously, she served as a Special Assistant to the President in the White House, where she led the presidential appointments process for U.S. domestic federal agencies. |

Desyree Dixon is a multi award-winning trauma therapist in the Mid-Atlanticregion, believes in the dual power of Empathy and Joy to improve people and organizations. Her clients named her the “Trauma Transformer” and a “change point expert” because of her boundless passion for helping people and companies heal from painful experiences and navigate difficult transition periods. |

Tabitha Almquist
For more than a decade, Tabitha Almquist has been a member of the executive leadership of the National Trust and aided its work of saving historic places. As chief administrative officer, she oversees the key administrative operations, including Human Resources and Information Technology, the real estate needs of the organization at headquarters and in the field offices, and the strategic planning and goal-setting processes for the Trust. |

Justin Harrison
Justin Harrison is an entertainment and lifestyle experience entrepreneur. A fifth generation Washingtonian, Justin’s vision is to combine a passion and purpose to create and deliver unique customer experiences with charitable focus. He founded the VinoFest Wine and Music Festival – an annual festival that brought the winery experiences to a concert setting in the heart of the Nation’s Capital. |

Shana Glickfield
Shana is a founding Partner of Beekeeper Group, a DC based public affairs firm, where she helps a wide array of corporate, association, and nonprofit clients with their communications and advocacy strategies, focusing on websites, social media, and digital advertising. Beekeeper Group launched with four Partners in 2010 and has since grown to over $7 million per year in revenue and a staff of 25 employees. Beekeeper Group was honored by PR Week in 2014 as “Boutique PR Firm of the Year,” known as the Oscars of the PR industry. |
